No. Currently, there are 29 musicals on Broadway (one or two might not have opened yet...) and 14 straight plays (ditto on above). This doesn't include off-Broadway shows or specials. Straight plays aren't as popular, but they are out there.

Broadway has plays and musicals. You could be in a play if you try your hardest.
To the people who said "No," do you ever watch the Tony Awards? It's not just musicals that are nominated, plays are nominated too.

for the most part, yeah. broadway is mostly all musicals. but if u be in the chorus or something, that would be ok ( icant sing either, but i can dance and act). there are many off broadway shows that dont involve singing...

no, but there are so few non musicals that you could not make a career of it, except there are also regional theatres and dinner theatres and off broadway plays that provide some employment. an actor today has to be able to do film and stage one of my students who went to LA to be in film found more work on the stage.

Not all of them but the majority is. A lot of off-Broadway and off-off-Broadway shows are just plays.

2. Not only Broadway has musicals.
-There are musicals in Opera,Playhouses...and musicals that you do in school plays are from "broadway".
