1. Push ups (knuckle), sit ups, crunches, leg lifts before I leave the house to ...
2. Jog 3.25 miles.
3. Three sets each of pull ups/bar dips.
The rest of the week is divided into lifting wgts./martial arts (M/W/F), or heavy bag/ab wheel/fitness ball (that inflated thing ...).

i have extremely painful arthritis; i stretch when i first wake up and walk as much as I can when inside; but find walking on concrete or hard sufaces almost unbearable.
I do weight training when I can. I hope to be able to join a gym someday but cannot afford it right now.

walking I walk to the mail box I walk to the rest room I walk to the kitchen and I walk my husband to his truck every morning when he leaves for work and then I walk back to bed
