I feel for you. You do sound sooo stressed. Take a break. Life does overwhelm all of us at some point and its upto us to work things out. You are a teenager, I guess and this IS the most stressful period of our life what with hormonal changes in our body making us moody and peer pressure to conform.
You are a strong, intelligent person and have pinpointed the problem (teenage angst, we all have been there and know how it feels) and even found the solution all by yourself.
Go, take a break. You deserve that.... there is no shame in seeking help when required.

Sounds like you have created yourself a big problem. Stop and start looking at you self in the mirror. You are an attractive person, whether you believe it or not. Being over whelmed can be settled. You will need to focus on the things you like, and let the rest go for a while, no matter what the consequences are. Life will do strange things to you, if you let it. You control yourself. You can make friends, just start. Life is not easy if you want to go that route. You are smart enough to handle things, just take it slow. Going to a hospital want change things, you must take control and start making friends. Just find a group and weasel your way into their territory and don't let them intimidate you, stick with them until they except you and belief me, they will. If your grades have to suffer, so be it. Make hay while the sun shines. YOU AN DO IT.

well i hate to tell you this but that is life, I'm going through the same thing, i don't no anybody in my classes and and the papers that i have due are overwhelming. Just hang in there. Life will get better, but first you must face all of the hard stuff in it. You will get used to it, I'm going into my second semester and i have ways of getting by. Every persons different. You just need time to find You. Don't kill yourself over the work take a day off, but don't get used to it, you will only be hurting yourself in the long run. Just work hard....like i was always told "good things come to those who wait" good luck and don't stress it.....if u mess up its fine you have all the time in the world just don't use it all on one thing.

You need to share your concerns with a professional. Talk with a trusted teacher or with your school counselor or with your school nurse. Don't walk around with all this stuff festering inside you. You can do something to change your situation, but you can't do it entirely without some objective understanding and a little guidance. Getting the help you need is the first step. Remember, too, that you're not the only person in your school going through all these difficult feelings.

That means you are waking up spiritually. The rest are in ignorance thinking this material life is so good. BUt until one understands who they are they will be in illusion. For example.-
We are not this material body, IE; Race, color, nationality, Religion, mind, intellect, senses, job, etc. We are all eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only this mortal body dies. This material world is not our real home, it is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, only one fourth of the souls come here, and the rest are enjoying blissful eternal loving relationships with our Maker named above. We fell here due to envying Gods position. He made the material world for those who want to try to live separately from Him (Which is impossible because He is actually everywhere). After many lifetimes of trying to be happy in this temporary world one becomes frustrated and board and begins to question their existence. We then seek out real happiness, and when one becomes sincere God reveals how to come back Home. Those who are intelligent, take up the process of self realization (Bhakti Yoga) which begins with the chanting of the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance from all suffering and illusion), which gives one real peace, happiness and reality. Then at the end of life they can give up all material attachments and fully surrender to God and return to the eternal Kingdom, where there is no more birth, death, old age, or disease, nor suffering and one can be eternally blissful. I am so glad I know what to do now. For info go to harekrishnatemple.com Read The Science of Self Realization. You are just way more intelligent then them, don't expect them to get it.

You are free to do everything you want that makes you happy, just do not let anything or anyone to chain your life. Society in generally is pushing everything to an abnormal extreme. Yet you are the one to have the power to stop all the negatives with in your life and around you.

If no one is listening, KEEP ASKING, try the guidance couselor or a teacher whom you trust. If you seriously need a nap at the ol' hospital they'll help you out... If you don't want to do that go to the local ER and they can get you proper help.

That is also happening to me right now. Its bad, you should go to your school counciler, that's what i did, it helped. If that doesn't help, go to a psychiatrist. I think you should just be honest with your parents.
