Man, I never thought about it but if you drink beer and cook on the grill while it's 38 degrees outside your beer doesn't get hot too soon. Not that I ever let them get hot anyway! Beer, not just good, also good FOR you!

It tastes the same but I hardly ever drink it in the winter. I love a cold beer on a hot summer day, but not so much in the winter. That's when I switch over to wine.

Johnny,
One of the best brews is/was, ice beer.
Specially brewed for winter when it first came out. It tasted so crisp and clean that other brewers started to follow suit. Now you can buy it all year round, not so special anymore and not so crispy clear, due to commercial high demand.
It was delicious, the colder the better. I miss those yearly specials.

Yeah, a lot different, Johnny; not as good at all. In the summer it goes down so easily...in winter, it's just too cold or something. Now's the time of year for hard liquor!!!!

I am with Cowbell on this one, especially since he said I could come over and drink his beer. I just have to watch the cow-pies he leaves laying all around. You can dress him up but you can't take him anywhere.

Whiskey is a winter beverage up here.
We drink cold beer in the summer.
