there isn't a size 16 child's shoe in UK they only go up 2 a size 13 then in to adult sizes starting from size 1 upwards not even sure if there is a adults size 16 my partner has big feet and he is a 11. A size 16 but be HUGE!. Do you not mean clothes size?

The laws are placed there for a reason but if the lords raise the age of consent it will make some differences but not that much but if you have sat down with some of the girls that did the naughty when they turn 21 or older you might just discover that a lot of it was due to peer pressure or not wanting to lose their boyfriend and they usually regret / it is very seldom that girls do the first move so in conclusion highering the age of consent won't do that much as teenagers are just naturally rebels

huh...surly shoe sizes are the measurement of the foot...not determined by age
