I don't want to offend her.. but I really don't like it.. because I moved on already.. why? why? why? would she say that and make me fall for her over again.. I know that its not true.. she has 2 (maybe more) boyfriends!!! help.. how do I tell her to stop it?

That is nothing to beat around the bush about......just be real and honest. If you don't like it, let it be known. Why continue to suffer on the count of her saying I Love You.
