It's not "circular floor", it's circular flow. The circular flow is a flow of goods and services through the domestic economy (from the business sector to the household sector) and the flow of money in the opposite direction. Leakages and injections is everything that is not related to this flow. Anything that decreases domestic purchases of goods and services (imports, savings, taxes) is a leakage; conversely, anything that increases domestic purchases of goods and services (exports, investment, government spending) is an injection.

Leakages or withdrawals in the circular flow of income, spending by households which does not flow back into the domestic firms, examples are savings, taxes and imports.
