Males don't have menstual periods. The blood and cramps are signs that he needs medical help. He needs to get to a doctor immediately.

Probably some intestinal problems or an infection in his urinary system. He is probably moody because men tend to act like babies when they don't feel well. He should see a doctor.

Either a Urinary Tract infection, bladder infection, gall stones, kidney stones, maybe STD, the list goes on and on. Have him go to the doctor. Blood is an indication that something isn't right. Get him there promptly.

if its true.. guys arent sposed to feel that kind of thing not with blood or cramps or anything.. u should get him to a doctors right away! the longer u leave it the worse it will get!
