TOTALLY different!!! With my first, I went into premature labor at 23.5 weeks, had a cercloge, and was on bed rest until I delivered. I had a c-section because labor lasted for 32 hours (20 hours after they broke my water). I was put to sleep because my epidural wore off. With my second everything went smooth,I did have a cercloge but it was to prevent premature labor. I delivered vaginally and labor was only 9.5 hours.

For me both my experiences were different. My first on was very easy, really no problems during, cramping of the legs, tired easily, hard birth and long labor.
My 2nd one - I had severe back pains, headaches during my pregnancy, but the birth was very quick, labor was not as intense.
Every birth like every child you have will be different, so do expect different things to happen with each child.

Different from very early on. I had heartburn through one pregnancy (from early on), none for the other.
After some development, The second one was more active, but didn't get the hiccups much.
After birth, they even nursed differently.

As said above, my two pregnancies were very close, with only a few differences in, for an example, my first kicked me alot and my second rarely did.

Both of my boys, where pretty similar. No morning sickness, just sleepy all the time. This third one i've had plenty of nausea, tired, weak, i dont know the sex yet, but hoping for a girl.
