Thats kind of silly however and if it happened I would wonder what else was backwards........

However everyday the stupid neighbor has 5 little barking rats that bark all day long and all night. I have talked to the owners of the dogs and they " no habla english" the home owners association has done nothing, I have called the police but they never come out because its not "an emergency" I am thinking of calling animal cruelty because they just ignore their dogs barking all the time and guess what they are barking right now !!! ARRRRRR

I would probably wonder what was going on if dogs were meowing and cats were barking. Then I would go back to sleep.

Accept the change of the mutation of all the dogs and cats and live life normally. Maybe teach cat's to speak. It'd be pretty awsome to see there vocal cords cells actually listing to a diffrent order ther than there own.

I would throw the cats out side (I HATE CATS!)
that is probably the reason for the barking. Then
back to sleep

Go back to sleep,
I'm still dreaming that recurring dream again...

and does any body else have that one...
where you are standing on a hill top with out any clothes on...
and a whole bunch of the opposite gender are surrounding you
similarly unclothed and throwing those little baby gherkin pickles
at you?
nah, must just be me...

Edit: hello down there *smile*

I wouldn't even notice because I go for weeks in between without even seeing a cat or a dog.

1. Get a second opinion.
2. I would think, "I'll be amused by that in fifteen minutes.
3. Go back to sleep.
