The criminals just create new accounts and start fresh. Kind of fortunate that real life criminals don't have that luxury!

It's a crapshoot my dear. They put all our names in a hat and pull a few out every 15 mins. Then, of course, they consult the troll patrol who add them up using their collective fingers and toes, it gets confusing because some of them have the extra ones (fingers and toes that is) and the rest is top secret!

Well I don't know about everyone else but when I applied for my account ... I had to insert my thumb in the CD-ROM drive and be inserted with a tracking and behavior modification chip.

When I act out ~~~ZZZZAAAAP~~~ wireless punishment ....ain't technology great!
