Is it possible to stack up to 6 2X magnification fresnel lenses to increase magnification to 64X? (if properly spaced/focused) I am not trying to magnify an image, only magnify light for an experiment with a solar panel.

Yes, but the image quality will not be very good.

For your experiment, I doubt more than 2 will give you an improvement, but try it.

Probably not.
Fresnel lenses work properly only in collimated incident light, not in wide range angles.

You cannot magnify light by the way, you can only vary focal distance. The lens removed from overhead projector is rather short focused already and will concentrate almost all incident light into nickel-size area.
