better trimmed than shave, because i've heard so many time that girl like man with pubic hair because having sex with men without pubic hair is like having sex with a baby.. that what they said.. but make sure it is not bushy... so very disgusting!!! trimmed it!!

I've rarely heard of guys trimming themselves there, let alone shaving it all off. I had the surrounding region shaved once for a hernia surgery, it itched like crazy when it began growing back. Lot's of girls don't shave there either. It's a personal choice. But you are a little young to be thinking about impressing girls with this kind of thing.

That is an individual choice.
If you shave/trim your pubic hair you will
- look more like the guys in porno movies
- appear to have a larger package
- not get pubic hair in the nose/teeth of your partner giving you oral sex
- appear prepubscent/preteen
If you don't - well the opposite of the above holds true.
You will need to make a decision depending on your preference (how you want to look and feel).
You may also have to take your partner's ideas into account, because but at 14 it is less likely that you will be getting heavily into the oral sex. Most 14 year olds will have a bit of time before making that sort of choice.
My own situation - my partner prefers me NOT to shave/trim because she likes it that way. She thinks shaved/trimmed guys don't look manly, and look pre-pubescent. She implies to me that it'd be a turn off for her if I was to shave/trim.
So - check your responses. Some girls prefer it, some don't. You won't know in advance so you'll have to choose what YOU like.

You just got your first lesson -- in how LITTLE a 14-year girl really knows (and a group of them can be ALL wrong about any number of topics, but will carry on like they understand).
You don't have to.. don't give it another thought. Not only would it grow back, and back and back and back.. this is a very feminine thing to do and worry about.. and these girls must be responding to pictures in mags/online (which they think are the norm, for me). It's women who shave their legs, pluck & wax eyebrows are care about bikini wax's etc. etc. -- and men have it easy, if you say that.. we just shave our chins/cheeks etc. Some guys shave their chest hair, but that's not only unnatural -- it comes back thicker. In fact -- I've tell you to delay ANY shaving for as long as you can, your face especially... because you'll do it most probably day after day for the rest of your life. Think about it.
Ask REAL men/people in your life... don't be afraid to ask your cousins, uncles.. etc. They'd tell you -- no woman will have any problem with you, when the time is right. Don't fret.

You can go to the store and buy a feminine anti-itch cream. Just make sure to put it on the outside, and no-where near the inside of your vagina. The only crappy thing is, I found I had to use it often for it to not itch much. After you shave a few times, the itching will get more bearable and not as noticable, at least this is what I've found.

Those girls are immature and stupid. if they wanted real men they would know there was hair. I'm guessing they were 14 too, right? They are probably not used to hair, or like the fad of shaving it.
It's not ewww for the right girl who will like you whether you shave or not (I prefer unshaven btw and I'm 19) don't worry about it if nobody's seeing it anyway, a relationship is the time to worry, and only your opinion and your partner's opinion counts.

Those silly girls dont know what they are talking about! Men who shave their private area are very rare (except in the gay community, I've found.) You could trim it, but I know some women would be a little weirded out by a guy who shaves down there.

Don't shave it, you will regret it later. After you shave, when the hair starts growing back, it will rub against your underwear making it irritated and you will have a rash there that will not only look gross but also bug. Just keep it trimmed.
