Your parents have to on your behalf. As long as a police report was filed the City of Cincinnati, they probably set in motion paperwork to offer a settlement.

You're in school and don't know how to spell two? That is frightening.

You cannot sue anyone if you are under 18 years of age. Your parents could sue however. There should be some insurance settlement of this case and you should not have to sue for it. Contact the Metro and inquire about the accident. Someone is responsible and it would not be a paasenger, unless that passenger caused the accident somehow.

You cannot sue but your parents or legal guardian can and probably should. Have your parents or legal guardian locate a personal injury attorney...he/she will be able to help you.
