Sit in a quiet room or some place really peaceful. Begin breathing normally for a few minutes while holding the subject in your mind. Feel the relaxation in your body. Then, take long, deep breathes for a few minutes again holding the subject in your mind, getting more relaxed. Finally, go about your business. The deep thought will come to you.

I don't know about the "Trigger" part. To me it's more of an effort issue. I have "potential" deep thoughts all the time. It's all the matter of whether I want to spend the time and my mental power to work and think things through. Triggering is only the beginning.

It's a matter of sitting and thinking of all aspects of a particlar thing from all angles in great detail.

U will b shocked to find out how deep the thot is.

I don't know. Someone says something, or something happens and they just occur. I don't think a contrived or artificial trigger would work.

By photographs or I just start writing about something painful and it comes out.

think about the thing for a while. You do not need to set time for that, you can think about it while you do chores or work out or whatever. But you gotta think about it.

Hmmmmm. To tell you the truth, I don't. They just come to me without my even trying.

I think it is something that is wired into your brain. Either you have them, or you don't.
