Most broadband ISPs dynamically assign your cable modem an IP address with a long "lease period". Essentially this means that every time you reboot your router or use the web based admin page to try to request a new IP address, you'll end up with the same IP address you had before. The only two ways to get around this is to figure out the lease period and leave your router off for a period longer (which doesn't guarantee anything still as the previous IP could still be the next available one when you request for an IP) or you contact your ISP and ask them to force a new IP address to your router.

Oh, try not to do things to get yourself banned in the future.
