I need some ideas for some transition statements for a counter-argument for my research paper that aren't too redundant. I'm looking for something along the lines of "Some would disagree" or "Not everyone agrees with this view" or something like that. I'm writing a research paper and I have to write counter arguments with sources that argue against my argument so I can defend my position on the subject and I have to transition into them with statements like that but I just can't think of anything else. Any suggestions??

I think a transition statement like "some people might say" or "from a different point of view" then write your counter argument. I think your teacher wants it to flow easily, so I think using something like that might help.

Try to use examples of personal experience, not actual voting in this case, but similar events. Also try to get people to rally for your argument by trying to connect with the audience your trying to persuade. I've taken a speech class and persuasion is something that essays and speech have in common.
