i was coming out of computing, and some yr12s were waiting to come in, and one of them i know quite well, was like "oh abby. it's not going to work out, he's gay. get over it. i mean, i know he's tall and..." then he basically started describing the guy standing next to him. then the guy looked at me all disgusted and walked into the class.
and now i don't know what to do, because we were becoming like, quite good friends (the gay guy, not the c*nt). i tried explaining to him that i rly don't like him in that way, but he just turned his back on me and prowled off.

what should i do pls?

Just tell him to forget that the previous conversation ever took place.

Tell him that you've forgotten what the other guy said and so should he.

Tell him don't let an enemy to you both come between the two of you.

The other guy had to be an enemy to be so insensitive in what he said. Like you said, he was a complete [insert your word!].

i agree with coolone.

He was probably really embarrassed, as you said. Give it a little bit of time, then explain that you don't respect this other guy, or agree with him. Make sure you let him know you value your friendship, and you want to put this incident behind you.

they are obviously very imature so i would just forget about them. u dont want friends like that, it will probably all blow over by next week but i wouldnt bother with them if they are like that. on the other hand the one you are friends with could have acted like that because his friend was there. you know what lads are like.
