Don't forget to include negative factors:

The factors of 16 are {-16, -8, -4, -2, -1, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16}

The pair up as follows:
1 x 16
2 x 8
4 x 4
-4 x -4
-2 x -8
-1 x -16

Note: because 16 is a perfect square, the square roots (4 and -4) will "pair" up with themselves.
