Today, in the elevator, this young and good looking woman, almost freaked out because the "service elevator" didn't have a mirror and I was "containing my laughter" as much as I could !!! She was cursing and yelling for a mirror !! Are people going "coocoo" about this ??

Usually the mirror is there to make the elevator look bigger (because when you see the reflection of the inside of the car in the mirror, it makes it look like the car is twice as big). I have never heard anyone complain when there wasn't a mirror, and I can't see why they would unless they were claustrophobic or something. I wouldn't expect a mirror in a service elevator, either.
Maybe the previous answerer is right: she was hoping to use the mirror in the elevator and was then frustrated when there wasn't one.

Wow it sounds like those people have issues tell um to see a doctor, but I could care less about mirrors in an elevator because I could care less about what people think about me if my hair is not so in place. OMG they are totally on the level of low self esteem.

I wouldn't want to ride an elevator with a mirror. It would remind me of Poltergiest 3. Scary!!

Nah, couldn't care less. I'm not that vain, and I think there's more important things in life to get worked up over that if a lift has a mirror or not, after all, it is a lift, not a rest room.

No, I love them. Especially when the person you have to meet with is waiting outside the elevator!! I like a last-minute check!!
