Read your energy? Do you have a laptop?
If so, there is usually a power icon in the bottom right corner. Right click on that and go to check battery levels. It will tell you the energy level in the battery.
If you mean the energy level in your body?
You need to get up and exercise at least 10 minutes for every hour your on your computer. And have a V8.

Reading someone's energy is much more of a faith thing than anything else. There doesn't seem to be any consensus on a definition for this "energy", let alone that it is detectable by scientific means. My opinion is that it doesn't exist at all. You might have better luck in Religion & Spirituality.
