Hiya Ahwell!
He does sweet FA round the house mainly because if he did - it would need redoing so I'd rather he didn't.
As for being sensitive to my moods, haha he don't open his mouth when I got a bee in my bonnet, as for my needs we get there in the end!!

It depends what mood my husband is in... He works all day 5 days a week, while i stay at home and look after our 9month old daughter so i do all the house work... I cook MOST of the time but if my husband has half a day at work he might cook or he will cook on the weekend.
Getting him to make a cup of tea is like trying to get blood out of a stone though.
He is sensitive to my moods and needs though..... sometimes. lol

Neither. He does diddly-over-squat in the house, but I can't say that he has any expectations of being waited on either.
Sensitive to my moods? Yes. If he senses I'm upset about something he'll ask me about it or do something nice to cheer me up. Sensitive to my needs? No. If I express a certain need (like more order and cleanliness in the house), he doesn't particularly care how much neglecting that will bother me.

Well I'm not working at the moment & he works long hours sometimes 6 days a week...so it's not fair if I don't do the household things...but yes he does expect me to wait on him when he comes home cos I haven't been working all day long & he has. When I am working, he expects it less but it's still not equal.
Is he sensitive to my moods & needs?? Are you mad? He IS a man you know.

My husband helps around the house. We have 2 children together and he also helps bathe and feed them. Honestly, he is a neat freak and he can't stand for something to be out of place, so he pretty much can't resist cleaning. As far as being sensitive to my moods, sometimes he's not. I don't think he's trying to be that way, I just don't think that he knows how to deal with me while I'm trying to deal with my problems. I have noticed though, the more I am sensitive to his needs, the more he tries to understand mine.

oh god yeah - he's very sensitive to my needs and he helps around the house - I seriously cannot fault him at all. He does the best he can I never need to nag. Am sooo pleased I found him.
He's a modern man but with the traditions of respect that I value and appreciate.

I'll answer for Her. I'm a very modern man who helps around the house, but I'm not so modern that I let ladies open doors for Me.

Unfortunately my man was an insinsetive narcissist so I gave him the heave ho!!! I would never even think of dating a man unless he treated me like a Princess.....I know I deserved better than the crap I lived with for too long.
