Run every where you go(at least 2 hours worth) and always carry a football. Have someone throw you 100 balls a day and 100 push-ups a day should get you started in the right direction, good luck.

There are two key componets of being a WR you have to fast usually one of the faster guys on the team, and you have to be able to catch.
If you need to get faster all you have to do is run alot of sprints! I suggest running a forty as hard as you can then turning around and walking back then turning back around and sprinting another forty do this about ten times a day and you will see in increase in speed. If you are finding it very difficult running the sprints, because you can't catch your breath you may start some long distance running to build up your stamina.
Another way you can become faster is doing parallel squats every day. The specific weight and reps you do is for you to decide, but remember doing more reps with less weight is better than doing less reps with more weight.
To become better at catching the best thing you can do is practice catching. Don't just goof around actually practice using the proper techniques and mechanics. I would say catching 100 balls a day will help.

Practice, willingness to accept good advice, catching more than you drop, good route-running, gaining the trust of your QB by being a dependable target, having a fearless attitude.
Stating the obvious maybe, but I cannot think of anything more glamourous...

and individuals used to think of Montana-Rice replace into rediculously good. Wait till they have a great look at KONJ-123. the 1st QB to have initials as his final call to the 1st WR to have numbers as his final call. 19-0 and HOF are in our attractions...

All that other stuff is overrated... Its simple...When the ball's thrown at you... Catch it! You don't have to be fast... you don't have to be tall. You don't have to be strong..AKA...jerry rice, AKA...Art Monk, AKA Lynn Swann. Wanna be great? It's simple...when the ball's in the air, go get it.

work on lower body strength a lot! you have to run fast and agile and you have to get up to catch some floater passes. to work on hands and reflexes there are some reflex balls have funny bumps on them and when someone bounces one at you its hard to guess where it will go.
ABOVE ALL:PRACTICE
