He's never given me a bad present "yet", but I gave him a cotton ball once, representing our 2nd Anniversary.

Couple of years ago he bought me a massager for my neck and shoulders as i suffer with a slipped-disk....when we switched it on, it was enough to knock your head off. It was a super-strength sports massager. Talk about not reading the box....we still laugh about it though.

When I was 14, my then boyfriend gave me a slightly squashed ring he'd found in the road. I think it was a man's ring.
In his defence, he was also the only bloke whose ever written a poem for me, which was very romantic.

I got a tick remover from my wife... and nothing else. It was supposed to be a joke, because that year I had about 10 ticks latch onto me. I've never had them before or since.
Still... the gift was disappointing to say the least.

One year I got a smoker grill (he wanted it) for my birthday.
One year I got a paper shredder!!
I know how you feel.......so this year for Christmas, I ordered myself some cool boots and told him that he had already gotten my present............
