I would say a crafts store. I don't know if you have any near by but like AC Moore and Michael's.
I don't know if Wal-Mart and Target would have all of those. They might have a few.
If all else fails you can always get them online (if you don't mind/are able to shop on the internet).

I am sorry, it is extremely rare to find stuff like tht anywhere but an art/drafting store or online. I spent over a month looking for 6H lead for a .5mm mechanical pencil. Take a look on the internet for them, you should be able to get them in a couple of days at the most. 2H, HB, 2B, are all common enough to find at many of the office supply stores. Try like office max, office depot etc. Good luck

I would say go to an art store such as Dick Blick, Michael's or such. You will have a broader range of drawing pencils to chose from than going to Target or Walmart. Plus, you can also get kits that have the basic pencils in them instead of buying separately.

You'd probably be best off going to a specialty art supply store. Big chain stores like Walmart and Target probably would not have them.

I recommend newsagents they usually have a big supply of them, but if you want them in packets not just separate then i suppose walmart or target, but if you cant find them then best go to a art supply shop they have a great selection, if you dont know where one is then check out the phone book it will have one in there. But i usually get mine from the newsagents

Art stores local, drafting & engineering stores, or some university supply store.
I recall I had some in dark green, with no erasers longggggg ago. I forget the brand. Berol maybe...I had their Prismacolors.
Shop on-line, local shopping is a waste of fuel, time and energy.
