Nope. And when I ask people who assert this they can only reply in broad generalizations and have no examples.

No, not at all.
I rather feel I've had my rights re-instated. Our enemies are once more being taken seriously and our constitutional rights to live in peace are once more being protected.

Yes, i have and everyone else has if you realize it or not! The Patriot act allows police enter my home and search, arrest, or detain whoever they please! No warrant required! Also the FBI or CIA can track me, take me to Guantanamo, tap my calls, look at my emails simply on suspision of terrorism! This means i could say nasty things about the President and i could be legally and secretly abducted by the secret police! Once in their grip why would they let me go? I would rot in a secret jail until I died or was given a secret trial. i this doesn't scare you or you don't believe me look at the 550+ page Patriot Act!

Like somebody reading all your e-mails to your girlfriend (while your wife was at work)?
Want cameras on every street?
How about being able to GPS your cellphone and find out where you were saturday evening?
You're a bunch of suckers, they got you all good, and you took it hook-line-and-sinker.

No, I havn't and I think you'd be hard pressed to find any American who really has even though they claim that. In regard to the comment above, I can still cross the border to Mexico without my passport.

No, I haven't. But apparently a lot of people have and those awful news agencies aren't reporting. The poor souls only have Yahoo Answers to tell the world about how the bad big brother government picks on them.

YES!
A friend of mine that was a Liberty dollar distributor, and who had ordered some Ron Paul dollars, for me, lost his whole order when it was confiscated by an unconstitutional FBI raid.
Why was it un-constitutional?
Look up Amendment IV of the constitution!
The FBI seized personal property under the pretense that a law was being broken....Before the owner of the Liberty dollar company was allowed to plead his case in an impartial court room.
I consider it an act of "Tyranny"!
