Bio interfaces are in the works but a long way from that.

They have things that can help amputees move mechanical limbs through connections to the brain, but nothing like a computer that works in the brain.

There are things you can do that work really well to improve memory and exam results. There are several methods - especially loci - that can help a lot

You can also improve the functioning of your mind by taking a good multivitamin every day. Note that more than the proper dose is bad for you. Also, eating oily fish gives you omega-3, which is said to be good for cognitive functioning too.
