Variety recently interviewd long time Tim Burton's casting collaborator Susie Figis and she said she discovered far corners of Eastern Europe when looking for young actors for Sweeney Todd.
imdb.com has her contact details i believe but this is paid information;
I trace every tiny mention of Burton on the web and i'm not aware of any casting calls yet;
the script is in development so the complete cast of charactors is in the process of verification;
but i promise to let you know ASAP if i hear it starts :)

You probably need an agent to get an audition. You do not need years of experience though. The girl who got cast as Johanna in Sweeney Todd does not have any previous film experience. I want to audition for this too!!

nowhere a non professional can find them got to get an agent to get auditions, got to have years of experience and training to get an agent got to have your parents working for your career if you are going to have one.
