not that i know of they call the cops and wait until someone comes and brings them the money but if you just forget to pay (and you would not believe how much that happens ) they dont trip and they have dish washer for the dishes plus they work all that kind of stuff in the pries

No.....LOL Maybe at one time they did when one could not pay their bill, but ever since I've known, it's just an expression. Good question, though!!!:-)

I don't believe that it would be to easy to do that then everyone would not have money and would wash dishes.
