according to this site las vegas is 8 hours behind england.

Las Vegas is in the Pacific time zone. The time difference is eight hours. When it is 8:00am in Las Vegas it is 4:00pm in England.

we are in pacific time.
so we are three hours behing NYC time and then what ever your time is in England you need to deduct that from the NY time and you can have the excat time here in Nevada.
