You can tell what side of the ocean people are from just by their answers. Americans have buttermilk biscuits, cheddar garlic biscuits, etc., and overseas "biscuits" are what we call cookies...what a fun question. Have a star.

The garlic cheddar biscuits from Red Lobster and the biscuits that my grandma used to make before she passed away. My aunt tries to make them but they aren't the same.

with jaffa cakes being a cake not a biscuit.... i would have to say... fig roll, no a shortie, erm maybe a jammy dodger, or a chocolate chip cookie, maybe a Garibaldi, argh, i dont know..... easier question would be what biscuit dont you like!!! x
