A Ghost is a Spirit which is a Soul the Etheric body that we use to Astral Travel so when we pass over that is what leaves the body. It is understood as a sort of life force body or aura that constitutes the "blueprint" of the physical body, and which sustains the physical body.
Some people don't pass over because of unfinished business
Or they just don't know they have died
Or they didn't know to go to the light
This is what people call a Ghost
I call Spirit some call Lost Souls
You also have a Spirit Guide which has been with you from the time you was born till the day you pass over : )
Do you also know that people that Astral Travel are seen as ghost, so maybe people are seeing ghost maybe are just living people just exploring via Astral traveling : )
Food for thought isn't it ?
Nothing in life is to be feared, It is only to be understood.
And why do I believe I guess being able to see Spirits and people's Aura's
Love & Blessings

I haven't decided on one right 'definition' for ghosts - but here's my experience.
The first time that I saw a 'ghost' I was four.
I was helping my dad irrigate. Or thought I was helping anyway. I walked by the east side of our house and saw a man looking out of the attic window.
He had on bib overalls, a white shirt and a bluish beret type cap. He looked like a train conductor. I stood and looked at him for at least 30 seconds - back then, it seemed much longer. Then I got scared.
I ran to my dad crying that someone was in the attic. He physically took me to the attic to show me that no one was there.
During the next twenty years that I lived in that house, I saw and heard numerous things. I didn't tell people what I heard or saw, because I didn't want them to think I was crazy or something.
Interestingly enough, several people - friends spending the night, other family members - relayed hearing and seeing the same things that I had.
Like I said, I don't know what 'ghosts' are... I'm not sure how to define my experiences in that house or others since... but there is something more...

I sure do. Myself, when i was 7 or 8, saw a maid in victorian dress in my parents bedroom. In our old VICTORIAN house. In the same house my mum use to see an old lady in widows weeds, we move out, my half sister moves in, she sees the same thing even though they had never spoken about this lady. When I was about the same age I was in my neighbours garden, hanging upside down on their swing and I see a lady in a flowered dress, big smile on her face, arms held out like she wanted a hug. Knowing she was nothing to do with my neighbour I flipped myself round the right way and was there ANYBODY in the garden? Nope. In the same old house, when i was really young like 2 or something, my older brother and sister were at school, my mum checked the cupboards before we went to the shops, saw we had no eggs so bought some, when we got home she opens the cupboard and what is there? A brand new carton of eggs with the lid open wde to show them all off. Maybe she could just have overlooked them, but who stores eggs with the lid wide open?! I sure believe in ghosts!

Yes I believe in ghosts, when I'm home alone, I'll hear children playing, and I'll see a little girl. It might be my imagination or it could be more

I really don't know. Haven't had an experience that would make me believe. I have only heard accounts. But never hv I experienced it first hand. And I don't want to either. I'd be dead scared. I am easy to frighten and my peace of mind will go topsy turvy, my sleep will be lost lol :).

No, but I believe we are not alone. There is a hand that helps us when we need. Is it a ghost? I don't think so.

I believe that their might be some, but I haven't had anything to prove it. if I saw something that couldn't be proven then I might really think more about it
