This is called a "weighted average"

Multiply each pair:
94 x 25%
63 x 15%
73 x 35%
N x 25%

Add these up and they should equal a score of 70% or better.

Mathematically the equation is:
0.94 x 0.25 + 0.63 x 0.15 + 0.73 x 0.35 + 0.25 N ≥ 0.70

Multiplying out:
0.235 + 0.0945 + 0.2555 + 0.25N ≥ 0.70

Adding:
0.585 + 0.25N ≥ 0.70

Subtract 0.585 from both sides:
0.25N ≥ 0.115

Multiply both sides by 4 (same as dividing by 0.25):
N ≥ 0.46

So you need to score at least 46% to get an overall grade of 70% (or better).

P.S.
Score 66% and you'll have a score of 75%
Score 86% and you'll have an overall score of 80%
Ace the final exam (100%) and your final score will be 83.5%.

.94 of 25 is 23.5
.63 of 15 is 9.45
.73 of 35 is 25.55

total score is 58.50

to get a 70% you would need 11.5/25 or about 46%
to get a 80% you would need about 21.5/25 or about 86%
