Horton Hears a Who...and Stars upon Thars Star Bellied Sneetches (can't remember the title)

Favorite Seuss story: He was in his office at home and had the windows open and a punch of sketches littering his desk; a gust of wind blew in and lifted a sketch of an elephant onto a sketch of a tree...Seuss looked at the elephant on the tree and wonodered: "What is that elephant doing up in that tree?" And Horton Hears a Who was born...

My favorite will always be, "The Cat in the Hat," which was a Christmas gift from my Godparents when I was a small child. Sure Dr. Seuss wrote many good ones, but my favorite is for nostalgic reasons.

"Green Eggs and Ham" is still my favorite. It was the first book I read all by myself. I read it over and over again to my daughters. There is just something about the rhythm of this one that appeals to me.

Yesterday, I stood in Barnes and Nobles and read "How the Grinch Stole Christmas".

Grace, I give "Oh, the Places You'll Go" as graduation gifts too! Mr. Ed, I think you are very clever to give that one to all the kids you can.

'Come Over to My House'. 'Come over and play', it said. It was about different homes of kids from around the world.
I loved all the places that book took me.

I used to read the Dr. Suess books to my little brother. He liked 'Are You My Mother?' about the little bird looking for his mom. My brother couldn't read yet, but he memorized that book from hearing it so much and would then 'read' it to me. LOL
