My Stephanotis is dying, any suggestions?

Its currently in my office and gets sunlight. Sometimes I forget to water it but trying to do it regularily. All the leaves are gone on 1/2 of it. Could miraclegrow help at all?

These guys say it better than I could. Will offer the "Lift the Pot" test: Light = dry, aerate and water. Heavy = wet, allow to dry out. Now the real experts:
