Maybe they just want to be in a country with a strong economy, and a dollar that is worth more than yours?
Seriously, this is a silly question. The Jays are in one of baseball's largest markets, they have a pretty decent payroll, and they've been a good team for the past several seasons. Instead of moving them to the U.S., how about just moving them out of the AL East and away from the Sox/Yanks?

I don't think that a good idea, Professional Sports outside the NHL needs a city like Toronto for like The NBA, The MLS, Major League and the NFL because the Bills are demanding that they wanting to move to Toronto to boost their own Name and Revenue, The Blue Jays, Raptors, Toronto FC and of Course the Maple Leafs and Argonauts are doing just fine up in Toronto.
So NO to the Blue Jays moving from Canada and Yes to the Bills to move to Toronto its Canada's Professional Sports Town accept that fact.

Toronto is a great city for a baseball team. It's a great city for any major sport. I think the Toronto media market is the 7th or 8th largest in North America. The Blue Jays are not moving to the US. They're staying in Toronto.

Ummmmm how about NO!
They are appreciated here in Toronto. Just because we like hockey more it doesn’t mean that we don’t like baseball. We did rank 18th in attendance last year and our payroll is now 90 million. We were the first team to get 4 million people in our stadium in one year. I love my Blue Jays and they are not going anywhere. At least we try to be competitive, unlike some teams (not mentioning any names). We are in a tough division that consists of the Yankees and Red Sox which have the highest payrolls.
So go Jays go! They are not going anywhere anytime soon so stop dreaming.

No, for two reasons, although there are more than just these two.
One, no really good home city available. Yeah, there's some candidates, but no market as strong as Toronto is right now.
Two, with the exchange rate as it is right now, are you kidding? The Jays probably make a profit just by waking up in the morning.
