Something practical for sure, but try not to let it pertain to their careers too much.
Bath&Body Works have a new line of antibacterial lotions and hand-sanitizers-usually $3 or 4 (you can probably get a good buy int he store).
A personnel organizer. They run a bit higher, like $6+, but you can find them prettymuch anywhere (Wal-Mart, Target,K-Mart).
Even though they're associated with Christmas gifts, I think a scented candle would be nice. Or maybe a mug/coffee cup with a bag of hot chocolate?
Who doesn't like candy? You could buy a small box of chocolates (Hersheys, Rocher, whatever). I'm sure you can find something that's not too "Christmas-y".
If all else fails, you could give a gift certificate. But again, it'll probably be higher per person (at least $10). If you do choose to give this, I'd suggest a movie rental, a restaurant/coffee shop, or a well-liked department store. And, all you'll have to do is place it in a card. (lol)
Well, that's all the ideas I have. Hope I helped!

Speaking as a teacher. Any time I get a gift from a student, even if it it just a card, I appreciate it wholeheartedly. To think that that student thought enough about me to give me something makes me smile. It truly is the thought that counts. Perhaps give cards to all of your teachers and a special gift to your favorite. Maybe some chocolates, a fragrance, or a nice candle. Maybe if she drinks coffee or tea you could get her a mug with some different teas or something. Hope this helps!

My mom's a teacher, and she usually gets things like ornaments and baskets with chocolates. She also gets things like 5 or 10 dollar starbucks gift cards, she likes those! She's never hated anything a student's given her. Good luck!

I gave my teachers some homemade gingerbread men for Christmas. They were really appreciative and thankful. Teachers will appreciate the extra time and effort you put in to making them something, such as baking. It's a nice (and yummy) way to say 'thanks for putting up with my crap all year'. ;)
