Help! Any ideas what could be wrong?

So my left boob has been hurting and i have a sharp pain on my lower left side.. someone said where my ovaries are? my whole lower section really hurts but mostly the left side... i have also been really tired... i know I should see a doctor, but wont be able to for a little while, just wondering if anyone had any ideas...

There are a number of possibilities such as that your period may be coming soon but the only way to find out is to have the doctor evaluate you, but because of circumstances check with the city health department to see if they have a free health clinic that may be able to help evaluate this situation further.
