Ok, the company I work for is having a Christmas party in 2 days. Its is semi-formal, at a country club, plated dinner...very nice.
Well, my boss magically sprung a surprise on me, I have to find gifts for EVERYONE! There's only about 25 employees, and it is going to be determined on senority grouping. So for example, anyone who has been here more than 3 years will get a $200 value gift...more than 1 year, $100...etc.
So, can anyone give me an idea of general gifts in the ranges of $20-$280, $80-$140, and $140-$200. The youngest person is about 20 and the oldest is about $50, male and female.
Please help me!!! I only have 2 days...eeek

I love diana idea
All gift baskets from a nice store. You could get a gift shop to make them.
Then a card inside with a different amount of gift card or holiday oney based on service.
That way, the gift is classy and expensive, festive and ====equal. the difference is in the amount of money. Tastefully done.
All done on line and delivered!
Good luck.

We did this in our office and had some great gifts. Each bag had gift cards to stores, restaurants, movies, video rental stores or gas stations. Every bag was different. There were also some things like imported nuts, nice bottles of wine, christmas CD's, good Godiva chocolates, candles, a nice Christmas ornament. Every employee got these. Those who had been there longer got an envelope with a check in it for an amount based on their service years in addition to the goodies in the bags.

Okay well i would just go with something simple ! ..I would get the girls and guys a gift basket and make it yourself because it will be more personal ...buy a basket christmasy preferred ...or you could decorate it yourself ....Put in for girls ..perfumes,body lotion, soap or body gel, little candles and more ....for the guys, you could probably just throw in some coffee beans, chocolate, deoderant, handwash, pens, paper ...etc... Hope this helps ...sounds good to me ! ...Or just get Starbucks coffee gift cards for everyone ! ..hOpe this helps ..but your best bet would be getting the gift baskets ..it shouldn't be that much money if you go to walmart or something like that ..or any craft store ! ...
Have a very Merry Christmas !

Are you paying for these gifts personally or are you shopping for the company? because those are two VERY different situations.
