Do this...Make your right hand into a fist. Hold the fist with your left hand. Walk up to your boss and say.."Esteemed one...my left hand is your pants" As he looks at your hand start to push the fist through. After that, turn around and walk away. He will either realize that his zipper is down, or wonder what you intend to do to him.

Here's the deal - if he walks into your office, stand up with your zipper down, he will check his as soon he walks out of your office as we all do when we see someone in this situation... instinct?

This sounds like a TBS commercial.
Is he talking with a lot of people? Is he otherwise well-dressed and presentable? Is he a stickler on appearance? You can go ahead and laugh, but not too much

That's a tough one - will he appreciate the reminder or will he be so embarrassed and have it come back at you?
I met with a bookkeeping client once that forgot. I ignored it and hoped he would have to visit the "little boys' room" soon. I think I was more embarrassed than he was.

Nah. Just discreetly walk up to him and fix the problem yourself. It shows you have initiative, that you don't need to consult him for every little thing.

lol....I don't know! The same thing happened to me not long ago and I didn't say anything, and when he realized it he looked at me like it was my fault because I didn't tell him.
It's a lose-lose situation!
GOOD LUCK!

Only if his hog is distractingly hanging out. Otherwise, take some advice from the Beatles and 'let it be'.
