Chief Deputy Republican Whip Eric Cantor congratulated Democrats today for their record-setting year in the majority. With an 11 percent approval rating, the lowest in recorded history, it's no wonder that Speaker Pelosi recently remarked, "I know that Congress has low approval ratings, I don't approve of Congress, because we haven't done anything."

Riight. The congress doesnt include republicans ? You gotta to remember 51% is democrats and 49 is republicans, its really hard to pass anything when the republicans are sticking to party lines with bushie to stonewal progress to make his(bush) rating look good, even a child could see that.
