xy = 4 - 3x² - 2x
y = 4/x - 3x - 2
dy/dx = - 4/x² - 3 (by differentiating)

we know as d(xy)/dx = (dy/dx)*x + 1.y
d(x^2)/dx = 2x

y' = dy/dx = -(6x+y+2)/x
