Dirtiest Company

Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more than 500 employees and has the following statistics:

* 29 have been accused of spousal abuse
* 7 have been arrested for fraud
* 19 have been accused of writing bad checks
* 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses
* 3 have done time for assault
* 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
* 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
* 8 have been arrested for shoplifting
* 21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
* 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

Can you guess which organization this is?

Give up yet?

It's the 535 members of the United States Congress. The same group of Idiots that crank out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of you Americans in line.

I thought you were going there. It was a toss up between the Congress and some professional sport's organization. The 535 sealed it though.

When you consider much of the legislation passed by these Bozos specifically exempt them from compliance the rest should come as no surprise to most people.

maybe walmart will buy congress, since its getting to be such a big company, and it might improve the standards.

How about 60,000 cops in the United States that are currently being tried for various crimes? Thats a fact also.

I guess Ted Kennedy doesn't count since he's a senator. Remember Chappaquadick (spelling, sorry) back in 1969.

I sympathise with you. Here in the UK we have the same problem with our Government. I think Tony Blair and George Bush made a great pair.....of idiots.

My wife would argue that her company is the worst to work for. i'll give you a hint: it's basically one of the biggest cable companies in the country. It rhymes with "bomb fast".
