If your boyfriend has dated someone else in the past, do you have a right to know what he has done with her? I really want to know what he's done before I do anything with him. He says he's come close, but that entails a lot. I've asked him about it, but he tries to push it aside. Any help please, and if you need more details, just ask. Please help!

No. You don't have a right to know. Either you care about this person and trust him or you don't. Either way, you have your answer. Your prurient interest in his past relationships tells me that you're pretty young and inexperienced - you're essentially fishing for details about what he might do with/to you. Let him surprise you if you choose to pursue the relationship and enjoy your own experiences rather than worrying about someone else's.

In reality you shouldn't know cause its part of their past but..
I understand what you mean cause i meant to ask my girl about her ex but I dont know how not to offend her by getting into her past cause i love her but at the same time it bothers me not knowing what she did with him but ...only thing you can do is ask.

Yes you have a right to know someones sexual history so that you can protect yourself. If he will not be honest with you I would hot do anything at all with him.

What difference will it make? If he lies/tell the truth how will you know what to believe? You are asking to be compared when you should just focus on what you two already have.

What your bf has done in his past is his business! However, having said that, you need to be insisting on protected safe sex anyway!

No, you do NOT have the right to know. If he doesn't want to tell you, get over it.
