Here is what I did - I went to electronics stores that are not in the busiest areas. (don't even try one in or near a mall!) I went at off times when it wasn't busy and asked about deliveries. I was very nice to the cashiers and the warehouse manager and they told me the next three scheduled dates and the best time to come in. You won't get it the first time, but your goal is to befriend them. I showed up when they said and was gracious when they ran out before I got to the front of the line. I came back later when the crowd was gone, brought them some cookies, and asked about the next delivery. They took my number and said they would do their best. I got a call on a Sunday at 5pm saying their Monday truck showed up early - so get in NOW. I did - and took two friends :-)
I remember my years in retail, especially during the holiday season, and I know I would go out of my way for a kind customer. I just drew from that.
A week after I started, I had three - sold two and have one in "Santa's workshop".
Remember to try to find stores that are not as busy. Ask - the employees know which of their locations do less business than the others. And Good Luck to you

On gaiaonline, they are giving away a Wii a day until Christmas. To get one, you'll have to play their "daily chance". Its a slim chance to get one. Very slim

i figure the chances are 50/50 or 6 of 1 and a half dozen of the other if you want one then I sure hope you get one;) good luck

Lucky thing I bought mine in August. It's the new games that I'm having a problem getting.

HA! I bought ours for a christmas gift to my girls about four months ago...I haven't seen one yet in the stores...
