Oh feel happy; that $150 a month may not seem like much to you - but month after month after month - 15 years later, it's going to be a big fat slap in her face.
Has contributed greatly to the near-destruction of my current marriage. My wife can't stand it. Though she knew what she was getting into. It *kills* her that she has to get a job, and we have to save and sacrifice to make ends meet, and my ex doesn't really have to work a steady job at all. (well, that's over now, because he's "of age").
Especially since my wife's father walked away when she was 4 and never paid one cent.
Personally, I think that the whole system has been twisted and perverted into a government-enforced system of emotional abuse, manipulation, and revenge. It is blackness, and evil. I would encourage any split couple with young kids, to figure out one parent to just walk away - period, and the other to take it on. Yeah, it's hard. But this other crap - is way harder; and it's murder on the kids' relationship with both parents.

I hate to sound rude, but why are you worried about what her "reasoning" is in supporting him? He's her fiance so of course she's going to support him, however you only know what you see with your eyes, you don't know what goes on behind closed doors. Who knows? She could be really pissed at him that he's gonna owe this money, yet she still chooses to stay. That's her choice to be an idiot and not something you should be worried about.

Maybe she just was being noisy and wanted to be there and see what was going on.. He might of brought her for support, who knows. Don't let that get to you, just worry about your child and the money...

specific you could sue her. In u.s., all of us can sue all of us for something. even if, you have not got a snowball's risk of triumphing. fairly, merely see that your ex pays your toddler help. Paying the optimal on one has no longer something to do with the certainty that he legally has to help this one, too.

Hunny, you sound jealous, sorry for your pain, but as we all know we can't help who we love.....and you won't get all that money at once, litlle payments, of about $150.00 a month but you'll also get your regular child support...Good Luck

That isn't your concern. For whatever reason, they want to be together.
