I got the email saying I won and then they send me a affidavit of eligibilty I filled it out and called the 1800 # they said I should receive my vx2 in dec still waiting

I did enter the sweepstakes and did receive the affidavit from microsoft I have a buddy he received his already but he lives in chicago where the office is Its a real contest

Sorry you been scammed.
Make sure banks etc are made aware of this problem, this is a normal trick scammers use to get personal dato try to carry out identidy theft.
VERY unlikely to see a laptop
After all did you ENTER this sweepstake ?

It was probably a scam.
Try to investigate if the company really exists and try to get their license number.
