Not *every* day, but, 5 out of 7.
I work a long, hard day. When I come home, and continue working n projects from home and finally get to go to bed, the act of pulling back a made bed and crawling in, is just that much nicer for the 5 minutes I invested that morning.
It looks more inviting.
The sheets are crisper and waiting for me to slide between them.
It's visually less distracting -- it doesn't appear messy or like "a chore that didn't get done."
It's "visual relief" after a long day of hard work, audio stimuli, visual stimuli, and other things which task me.
The bed, I can handle most of the time, and that small ritual in the morning, adds a grace note to the END of my day.

I just pull the comforter up to the pillows and straighten them out. It's like half making the bed.
Why? Because it looks neater and I can then use the bed for other things, like sorting laundry or whatever.

I make my bed every morning right after I get out of it. My three birds stay in my bedroom while I'm at work and I keep an old quilt coverlet on the bed so they don't mess up my sheets.

yes I do it's the feeling of opening it up before i go to sleep that feel so good and fresh .Or some times though if I have been very busy I may not have made it till like 6 or 7 then i'll put clean sheets because my cat would have been running around under them all day. When we go camping we sure do zipup our sleeping bags cause by nightfall they would be damp and cold. so be warm a cozy :) Make it tight

I sometimes do just to make it look neat and it's nice to crawl into a made bed. Many times though, I let it go and don't make it until I change the sheets!

Yes... Here is why... I feel your living space reflects the state of your mind... Clean uncluttered home... Clean uncluttered mind!!! I am sure this won't make sense to some but to me my home is a haven... I am very much into keeping a positive flow in the home and this can not be achieved if I lived like a slob... I do it simply because it is the right thing to do.... It reflects discipline and respect for yourself...

Yes, kinda sorta. I don't make it up like the Maid might with hospital corners and such, but I do pull the covers up and make sure the topper looks neat. I just want it to look neat in case of an emergency.
