I am have been hunting for an MP3 music download website that will charge per song a maximum of 99 cents with no monthly or yearly membership fee.

As we all know, the majority of CDs have only a few hits and the rest is boring filler music...not worth buying the whole album.

Everything I come across requires you to pay a monthly membership, then pay for the songs as well.

I need something that is compatible with Samsung MP3 players.

You should try amazon.com music downloads. http://www.amazon.com/MP3-Music-Download/b/ref=sa_menu_dmusic1?ie=UTF8&node=163856011&pf_rd_p=328655101&pf_rd_s=left-nav-1&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_i=507846&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1RESVB600H78FAF47H67

None of their music has restrictions on them and most of the mosney you pay for those songs go to the musicians, not just the crumbs the RIAA feeds them. And every song 89 cents each is in MP3 format so it will work in virtually every mp3 player that exists.

I don't know if it's compatible, but try Yahoo Music. They have a monthly fee option OR a 99 cent song option.

walmart is only 89 cents

and i dont think that the things that you have come across require you to pay for each song. when you pay montly/yearly, then you gat unlimited downloads, but you dont own the songs. so that means that whenever you dont pay that month or year, then you cant listen to the songs
