how do you raise a mudlocked boat?

by mudlocked I mean it is sunk in the mud in the gulf of mexico

How big is it and can you dig it out? You could try to get some air hoses under it if the mud is pretty soft. If you could get access to a fire hydrant, you could use water to dig it out.

Lift bags barrels some form of lift> Then jet the sides with water to relieve the suction.then it will lift>Depends how large as to how much lift is needed
